There are states that say you either blow in the tube or lose your lisence for a year? If the Constitution overrides that and all Federal Rules do override state law, then that little trick the cops are pulling should end today. I hate drunk driving, but I hate being bullied far more.

I am afraid I can't agree with you. I was driving home at 930pm Friday night. I was pulled over by a cop who didn't ask me for lisence or registration. Instead he shined the flasghlight in my eyes and asked if I had been drinking.

Exactly my thoughts. Cops are not the most intelligent group of people. In fact, if you read IQ scores per profession, you will find cops to be on the lower rung. Let's have these animals pull us over and draw blood! Great idea!! AAAAHHH!

It seems to me that a cop should be able to use sobriety tests to conclude whether someone is drunk or not. I can look at someone and know if they shouldn't be driving. I'm sure asking them to count backwards, walk a straight line, stand on one foot, etc should be ample proof.

"The system"...? If a person is so not independent to think that the system is in control, God help us. We are the system, and we control the system. We can only blame ourselves for not paying attention.
